Job RequirementsThe sales manager must possess a keen understanding of print and digital advertising. Candidate must possess a proven track record in advertising leadership who can create and execute a multi-platform sales strategies that include website, digital magazine, email delivery and social media. The candidate will help our sales team develop smart programs that package together print and digital platforms to help MAM customers grow their business.

Minimum five (5) years experience in advertising management
Strong understanding of digital media and it's metrics, analytics, marketing concepts and models

About Our CompanyMid-Atlantic Media (MAM), publishers of Baltimore Jewish Times, Washington Jewish Week, Baltimore Style and Smart Shopper, is recruiting for an advertising sales manager position. Primary objective is maximizing advertising revenue for MAM print and digital titles. The manager must have the versatility to work with existing staff to lead a team(s) for driving revenue in Baltimore and Washington area markets reaching over 300,000 households.. The manager will be expected to forecast revenue targets, mentor and develop sales representatives, work with key accounts, focus on acquiring key prospects, be in the field with and without sales reps, and attend some community activities.
