Baanhn Beli is a nongovernmental, non - profitable organization working in Tharparkar Sindh since 1985 on human resource
development, Education, Health, Physical infrastructure, Institutional development and Livelihood improvement.
Baanhn Beli with the support of Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) under Institutional Development – (ID) project is
organizing the poor people of area, under this project the organization is planning for capacity building program for community
resource persons (CRPs) male and female through different types of trainings at the local level in union councils Nagarparkar,
Pithapur, Virawah and Pillu of Taluka Nagarparkar District Tharparkar.
Organization will facilitate for lodging and boarding, the up down travelling expenses will be born at their own.
Following trainings will be offered.

Requirements
 Sound Track Record of Conducting multiple topics training
 With, 5-years of progressive professional work experience, at least Three years of experience in training.
 Previous experience of trainings conducted/facilitated on relevant topics.
 Substantial experience in training delivery as a resource person / Institute.
 Excellent verbal communication skills in local language and written skills in English.
 Only short listed trainer / Institution will be contacted for award of consultancy.
 Training venue, Food and Refreshment will be arranged by the organization.
The trainers / institutes with above given relevant experience of training, send their updated resume / broachers with training manual
/ contents/schedule and training methodology with financial proposal not later than 28-6-2015 to below email address
