Dear All, Position Vacant Following positions are vacant at HANDS District Office, Jacobabad for Urban WASH Project. Details are as: Position Project Associate/ Social Mobilizer Place of Posting Jacobabad  Number of Positions 02 (01Male,01Female) Age limit 22-35 Years Reporting line Sr.S.M/UC Supervisor Academic Qualification Graduate/Masters Experience 2-3 Years Experience in Development Sector Job Descriptions ·         Participate to conduct the baseline & End line surveys or other required surveys. ·         Formation or Reformation the CSOs, in targeted area ·         Train local community and CSOs on urban WASH interventions and smoothly implementation of activities. ·         Initiate BCC and social mobilization activities in urban targeted areas. ·         To facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led urban sanitation activities ·         Sensitization of community group on ownership of WASH infrastructure and ensure to attain Operation and maintenance trainings. ·         Collect data from Community and prepare regular reports on activities and WASH conditions for monitoring. ·         Develop trust, tolerance and cooperation among the community members through mobilizations process. ·         Submission of monthly, quarterly and annually reports of respective assignments. ·         Establish good working relationship with the staff and other departments. ·         Other duties as per assigned for the best concerned of the organization.  Scale IV Salary Negotiable Ø  Apply before 30th June, 2015 at hr@hands.org.pk, Mention the position & location in subject line.
