Participatory Village Development Programme (PVDP), Sindh requires committed staff for the WASH Project in Taluka Khipro, District Sanghar, Sindh. The duration of the project is 4 months. Interested candidates can apply for the below mentioned positions.

Project Coordinator	1 (Male/ Female)	The overall responsibility of Project Coordinator is to achieve results of the project within the timeframe, planning and managing resources effectively, timely implementation of activities, coordination with stakeholders, excellent supervision of the project team and compliance of partner’s requirements.	·         Masters in Social Sciences or Civil Engineering. ·         3 to 4 year of experience to implement WASH projects. ·         Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local languages.
Finance Officer	1 (Male/Female)	To assist Sr. Manager Finance to prepare periodic financial reports and bank reconciliation statements to submit respected partner along with verification of vouchers, supporting documents.	·         B. Com/Diploma course in accountancy ·         2 to 3 year experience of working at similar position in non-profit organization.
Social Organizer	1 Female	To mobilize and facilitate community to participate in the planning and implementation of the project and motivating them toward self-reliance.	·         Intermediate or Bachelors in Social Sciences or other subjects. ·         3 to 4 year experience of community mobilization. ·         Good communication skills in local languages preferably in Sindhi.
